fore ena<5led by the Authority aforefaid, That from and after the faid firft Day o^ Noiiember, if any inf.- man,h'eCap'. rior Officer or Seaman fhall die in the Service of his A-Iajcfty, his Heirs or SuccefTors, the Captain or Com- tain L to make manderof the Ship or Veflel in which fuch Officer or Seaman ferved at the Time of his Death, fhall, as out a Ticket for foon as may be after his Death, make. out a Ticket for the Wages or Pay due to fuch Officer or Seaman at i^'^ Pay, and the Time of his Death ; which Ticket the faid- Captain or Commander ihall fign himfelf, and fhall caufe to J-^'n^gTo d'eVa- be figned by the proper figning Officers of fuch Ship or Veflel, and fhall fend or tranfmit the faid Ticket fo ^^ b^J,.^ .' made out and figned as aforefaid, by the firft fafe Opportunity, to the Commiffioners of .the Navy, at their for the uVe of- Board, for the Ufe of the Executors or Adminiflrators of fuch Officer or Seaman : And the faid Commif- 'he Executors. fioners of the Navy fhall immediately caufe the Day of the Receipt of fuch Ticket to be indorfed thereon ; ?7°/ J"/|P'= and fuch Ticket fhall be forthwith examined, and fhall, by three or more of the faid Commiffioners of the tLiIon Ind Navy, be affigned for Payment as foon as may be, or within one Month at farthefl, to be computed from the- Ticket to be the Day of the making fuch Indorfement; and the faid Ticket being fo affigned for Payment, fhall, wi:;h- ej^mined, and out any Fee or Reward whatfoever, be delivered, upon Demand, to the Executors or Adminiflrators of ^'J;t"ed for fuch Officer or Seaman, or to their refpecStive Attorney or Attornies, to be duly authorized as is herein af- f^^J"'^',"^'. ,. ter directed ; and the Money due thereon fhall, without any Fee ot Reward whatfoever, be paid to fuch ^"^J^J^^^^ Executors or Adminiflrators, or to their refpedive Attorney or Attornies as aforefaid, as foon as fuch Ticket Ex.-cnto.f, fliall be brought to the Pay Office of the Navy. and the Money IX.
