And be it further enadted by the Authority aforefaid, That the Orders arid Decrees which fhall be made by the did CommiiTioners, or any five or more of them, for afcertaining and deter- mining any Titles or Claims to, or Controverfies concerning fuch Lands, Tenements or Heredita- ments ; and alfo all Agreements which fhall be made between the faid Commiflioners, or any five or more of them, and fuch Owners and Perfons interefted as aforefaid ; and all Conveyances in Con- fequence thereof, and alfo all the Verdicts of the faid Juries, and the Judgments and Decrees of the Commiffioners, or any five or more of them, thereupon fhall be final, and fhall be binding and conclufive to all and every Perfon and Perfons, Bodies Politick, and Corporate, Ecclefiaftical and Civil, their Heirs, Succeflbrs, Executors, Adminiftrators and Afligns, and all other Perfons what- foever, claiming, or to claim, in Remainder, Reverfion, or in any other Manner howfoever, not- withftanding any Difability or Incapacity ; any Law, Statute or Cuftom, or other Matter or Thing whatfoever, to the contrary notwithllanding. XL Provided aUvays, and be it further cna£ted by the Authority aforefaid, that if any Perfon or Perfons interefted, or claiming an Litereft, in any fuch Lands, Tenements or Hereditaments, (hall, by Writing under his, her or their Hand or Hands, to be delivered to the faid Commiflioners, or any five or more of them, either before fuch CommiiTioners (hall proceed to determine the Titles a!id Claims to, and Controvcrfies concerning fuch Lands, Tenements or Hereditaments, or within the Space of thirty Days after any fuch Determination fhall be made, exprefs his, her or their De- fire that fuch Titles, Claims, and Controvcrfies, may be afcertained by a Jury ; then in every fuch tocaufea Jury to be im- Cafe, the faid CommilHoners, or any five or more of them, fhall Caufe the fame to be afcertained panel e and returned and determined by a Jury to be impanelled, fummoned and returned, in fuch Manner, and under fuch Fines, as is and are herein before mentioned, and authorized to be impofed with refpecl to the affciTing the Values of any fuch Lands, Tenements, or Hereditaments ; and the VerdiiR: of every fuch Jury in relation to fuch Titles, Claims and Controvcrfies, and the Judgments and Decrees of the Commiflloners thereupon, fhall be final, binding and conclufive, to all Litents and Purpofes, in Manner before mentioned. XIL And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid. That the faid CommifTioners, or any five or more of them, fha'l be and are hereby required, without Fee or Reward, to give their Cer- tificate or Certificates in Writing, under their Hands, to every Proprietor, and other Perfon inte- refted in the PremifTes, exprefling the refpeiSfive Houfe or Houfes, Number of Acres or Parcels of LanJ, and their feveral Abuttals and Boundaries, with the Name or Names of the Perfon or Per- fons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civil ; and the Sum or Sums he, fhe or they is or are to receive for the fame; and fuch Certificates refpe(5tively fhall authorize the Surveyor Ge- neral of the Ordnance for the Ti.ne being, to make out and allow a Bill or Bills to the Perfon or Perfojis, Bodits Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civil, mentioned in fuch Certificates rc.lpec- tively j and in which Bill or Bills fhall likewife be exprefled the refpeiSfive Houfe or Houfes, Num- ber of Acres or Parcels of Land, and their feveral Abuttals and Boundaries, together with the Name or Names of the Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Corporate, Ecclefiaftical or Civil as aforefaid, and the refpedlive Sum or Sums to be paid ; and thereupon one or more Debenture or Debentures fhall be prepared for the feveral and refpective Sums as aforefaid, by the Clerk of the Ordnance .'^or the Time being, and figned by thiee or more; of the principal Officers of the Ordnance for the Tinje being; and iucti Debentures are hereby required to be paid out of the Sum of Money hereby appro- priated by the Treafurer of the Ordnance for the Time being, who fhall take Acquitanccs froai the Parties indorfed thereon; and that immedi.itely from and after the Dtlivery of fuch Certificates to the Perfons interefted as aforefaid, the Truftces before mentioned fhall be deemed and adjudged to ftand feifed of the Premiffes mentioned in fuch Certificates refpeflivcly, to and for the Ufe of his Majcfty, his Heirs, and Succefibrs for ever ; and if any Perfon or Perfons, Bodies Politick or Cor- porate, EcclcfiafHcal or Civil, fliall wilfully refufe to accept of or receive any fuch Certificate, that then, and in fuch Cafe, it fhall be lawful for the faid CommifTioners, or any five or more of them, to leave and dcpofit fuch Certificates with the Clerk of the Peace of the faid County oi Pemhrokt and fhall make an Entry in their Books of the fame, which fhall be taken and deemed to be valid ^
