' full four Feet and two Inches in Length, and fix and twenty Inches in Breadth after they fhall be'

  • made : And whereas it has been found by Experience that thcfe Dimenfions have not been quite
  • fufficient, by reafon of the great fhrinking of the Sacks from Wet, and other Caufes ;' Be it there-

That from and after the twenty-fourth Day of Decejnber one thoufand feven hundred Sacks to be 4 Feet and fifty-nine, all Sacks made ufe of for the Carriage of Coals within the Limits mentioned in the */"'^^" '?."?. and aforefaid Ad fliall be full four Feet four Inches in Length, and full twenty-fix Inches in Breadth ^^ ^"^h" broad, after they are made ; nor fhall any of lefs Dimenfions be fealed or marked at the above mentioned Offices : And if any Perfon or Perfons dealing in or felling Coals within the Limits aforefaid, fhall 4os. V. And for the more effedually preenting any Frauds by falfe Admeafurement of Coals; It is Labouring Coal Meter , hereby further enaded.
