And be it further enabled by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every the Claufes, Provi- Aa relating to Exche- foes, Powers, Privileges, Advantages, Penalties, Forfeitures, and Difabilities, contained in the quer Bii.s, exienued to j-^jj laft-mentioned Actj^jelaring to the Loans or Exchequer Bills, authorized to be made by the fame Ad (except fuch Claufes as do charge the fame on the Taxes granted by the fame Adl, and ex- cept fuch Claufes as limit the Rate of Intercft to be paid for the Forbearance of Money lent on the Credit of the faid A61:) fnall be applied and extended to the Exch(5quer Bills to be made in purfuance of tliis Acf, as fully and effe<Slually to all Intents and Purpofes, as if the fuid Exchequer Bills had been originally authorized by the faid laft-mentioned Acf, or as if the faid feveral Claufes or Provi- foes had been particularly repeated and re-enacled in the Body of this prefcnt Act. That all the Exchequer Bills as fhall be made in cancelled. purfuance of this Act, and the Intereft, Premium, Rate, and Charges, incident to, or attendin'^ the fame, fli 11 be, and are hereby charged and chargeable upon, and Ihall be repaid and borne by and out of the growing Produce of the find SurpluiTes, Exceffes, and Overplus Monies, or other Revenues, compofmg the Sinking Fund (except fuch Monies of the faid Sinking Fund, as are ap- propriated to any particular Ufe or Ufes, by any former or other Adt , or A6ts of Parliament in that Behalf) and fuch Monies of the faid Sinking Fund (hall and may be ifllied and applied, as fooi> as the iame can be regularly ftated and afcertained, for and towards the paying ou', cancellino-, and difcharging fuch Exchequer Bills, Intereft, Premium, Rate, or Charges, until the Whole of them fhall be paid off, cancelled, and difcharged, or Money fufficient for that Purpofe be kept and referv- ed in the Exclvequer, to be payable on Demand to the refpedtive Proprietors thereof.
