Looking upon the Elements of Bread and Wine, stir up the traces of the Spirit in your Souls: Discern Christ in and by the Elements, with a kindly spiritual affection: Meditate on your Sins, and God's deserved Wrath; on the love of your Redeemer, and the Propitiation he hath made by his Blood.
