Mr. van der Heide asked if the various "pi" they had heard of were individual spirits, or species of spirits, or both. Also they had heard a great deal of information about the relations between "pi" and human kind, but nothing about the popular belief as to the relations between the spirits themselves.

Mr. Irwin replied that the names were generic with the exception of the purely mythical "pi" like Tau Wet-suwann and Phya Machurat.

The meeting closed with a vote of thanks to Mr. Irwin for his very able paper.
