Ye Jacks of the Town,
And Whiggs of renown,
Leave off your Jarrs and Spleen,
And hast to your Arms
All thronging in swarms
Be ready to guard the Queen;

For last LORD'S-day,
at St. James's they say,
A strange odd thing did chance,
Which put into the News,
All Holland would amuse,
But would make 'em rejoyce in France;
