S.O. 2269.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 40 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the International Copyright Order, 1958, namely:—

In Part I of the Schedule to the said Order,

(i) After the entry "Pakistan", the entry "Phillipines" shall be inserted;

(ii) After the entry "Tunisia", the entry "Turkey" shall be inserted; and

(iii) the following Explanation shall be Inserted at the end, namely:—

"Explanation.—In this Part "United Kingdom" includes the following territories, namely:—

Channel Islands.
Isle of Man.
Aden.
Bahamas.
Barbados.
Basutoland.
Bechuanaland.
Bermuda.
British Guiana.
British Honduras.
British Solomon Islands Protectorate.
Cyprus.
Falkland Islands.
Fiji.
Gambia.
Gibraltar.
Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony.
Hong Kong.
Jamaica (including Turks and Caicos Islands and the Cayman Islands).
Kenya.

Leeward Islands (Antigua, Montserrat, St. Christopher Nevis and Anguilla, British Virgin Islands).
