And, if you have got too much Hair, the Blood of a Batt mixed with Water, is fully sufficient : You must not put on the Blood by itself, unless you want to be like the Wild Indians, who have little Hair, and very bad what is of it.

             For Heart Pains.

FOR a Pain at the Heart, the Juice of Hynd's Tongue, or the Juice of Balm, a Glass taken Twice a day for Two Days, adding 7 Drops of Hartshorn to each Glass.

For Heart Trembling.

TAKE 1-3d Ounce of Permacaeti, or, as some call it, Spermacæeti; but I call it a Bitumen of the Sea's Subtance, 1-2 oz. Sugar Candy, and 1-4th oz. of Rhubarb Pouder, pound these together, and drink them all at once in a Glass of good Porter.

                                    Probatum Eft.

For the Heart Scald.

TAKE 20 Drops from a Phial Glass of the Oil of Roses, in a Tea Cup full of Water : otherwise, the Juice of an Orange, and a little Ginger.
