Repeal of Sect. 4 of 30 & 31 Vict. c. 130.

16. So much of the fourth section of the Agricultural Gangs Act, 1867,[1] as enacts that no child under the age of eight years shall be employed in any agricultural gang shall be and the same is hereby repealed; and in lieu thereof be it enacted, that no child under the age of ten years shall be employed in any agricultural gang.
