NOTIFICATION
Dhaka, the 30th December, 1985
No.S.R.O.533-L/85.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 9 of the Senior Services Pool Order, 1979, the Government is pleased to make the following further amendment in this Ministry's Notification No. S.R.O. L96-L/8S/ME/SAl-34/85-137, dated the 24th April, 1985, namely :—
In the aforesaid Notification, for the wands, figures commas "the 31st December, 1985,” the words, figures and commas “the 31st March, 1986," shall be substituted and shall be deemed always to have been so substituted.
