He m. 11 Sep. 1766 in Dublin, Mary da. and h. of John Stoyte of Street, Co. Westmeath, Barrister-at-Law, by Mary, sister of Ralph, Viscount Wicklow [I.], 1st da. of Robert Howard, Bishop of Klphiu. He </. 31 July 1781, at Cobham Hall, aged 62 and was bur. at Cobham. His widow d. 28 March 1803, iu her 56th year, at her seat, called " Bouuds," and was bur. at Southborough Chapel, near Tunbridge Wells. IV. 17S1. 4- John (Bligh). He m. 31 Aug. 1850 at St. Peter's Pimlieo, Harriet Mary, 1st da. of Henry Thomas (Pelham), 3rd Earl of Chicbkstek, by Mary, da. of Robert (Buudenell), 6th Earl of Cardigan. She was b. 5 June 1829.
