He d. 23 Feb. 1869. at Knole Park in his 78tb year. His widow, who was b. 9 Aug. 1795 and bap. at Knole afsd. was Cr. BARONESS BUCKHURST of Buekhurst, co. Sussex, with a spec, (and very extraordinary) shifting rem. of that dignity, which see. She ft, 9 Jany. 1870, at 17, Upper Grosveuor Street.
