Warwick, till in 1608 he received the first place in her own household at Kew. He m. about 1590, Anne, da. and h. of Robert Kelway, Surveyor of the Court of Wards and Liveries. Having accompanied the Princess Elizabeth on her marriage to Heidelberg he d. of fever, at Worms, 23 Aug. 1613, and was bur. at Exton. Admon. 27 Sep. 1613, 21 April 1614, and 22 June 1620. His widow d. at St. Botolph's, Bishopsgate, June 1620, and was bur- thence at Exton. Will pr. 1620. II. 1613, 2. John (Harington), Baron Harington of Exton, 2d to but only surv. s. and b., bap. 3 May 1592, at Stepnoy, co. Midx. ; ed. 1614. at Cambridge (Sidney Sussex Coll.), where be was reputed a great Scholar ; was a favourite companion of Henry, Prince of Wales • KB., 5 Jan. 1604/5. He sue. to the parage, Aug. 1613, but d. unm. at Kew, 27 Feb. 1613/4, in bis 22d year, when the title became extinct. He was bur. at Exton.(<=) Will dat. 19 Feb. 1613/4, pr. 21 April 1614. Sir Robert Chichester, K.B., by whom she had an only child, Anne, Countes3 of Elgin [8.J, whose representative was the late [1S61 to 1889] Duke of Buckingham and Chandos.
