George Ponsonby, Lord Chancellor [I.], which Francis was 2nd s. of the ist Baron, and d. 8 Mar. 1853, aged 73. He was b. Jan. 1807, in Ely Place, Dublin; ed. at Trin. Coll. Cambridge, B.A. 1829.
