IV, " Henry Brounflete knyghte Lorde Vessy " certified " that I neuer promised the saide M marc' nor no peny therof to my saide late wife [Alianour sumtyme Lady Darcy] nor to non' other person' to be disposed amongest hir saide yonger children'."
