Terms of Subscription to the "Friend of China and Hongkong Gazette," per annum $12. Six months $7. Three months $4; all paid in advance. Credit prices, $14, $8.50, and $5, for the periods of twelve, six, and three months respectively. Single numbers to Subscribers 25 cts. each, to Non-Subscribers 1 Rupee. Parties calling or sending to the office for papers are requested to pay cash.
Terms of Advertising.—Ten lines and under $1; additional 10 cents per line. Repetitions one third of the first insertion. Advertisements to have written on the face of them, the number of times they are required to appear, otherwise they will be published until countermanded. THE Dutch ship VASCO de GAMA, being condemned at Macao, as unseaworthy and to be Sold by Public Auction within a short time. Her crew consisting of European Sailors, prefer shipping as seamen on board of any vessel going along the coast of China or going to Europe, to be sent home as passengers. States of America in the year 1836 of the best live and white Oak, is coppered and copper fastened up to the wales has a complete suit of Sails principally new, has carried 3,000 (illegible text) of Rice from Java to this port sails remarkably fast drawing only 6 feet in ballast, 9 feet loaded.
