��The reign of Khosrave the First.
A.D.2U. Khoshove the First, son of Valarsh, sue* ceeded to the throne, on the death of his father. Immediately after this event he assembled ati army, and passing the great mountain Caucasus, advanced against the Lazirs and Basils, to take vengeance on these warlike tribes for the death of the late king. His expedition was attended with the greatest success, and after destroying an immense number, he totally subjugated them.
