Granted, that the garriſon go out with all the honours of war; but afterwards to ground their arms, except the officers.

ARTICLE II.

That the regular troops, conſiſting of ſix officers and ninety-four men, including non-commiſſioned officers, ſoldiers, and cannoniers, be tranſported to England, by the ſhorteſt route, in a good veſſel, with victuals for the voyage, or remain here on their parole.

Granted, on condition that they ſerve not againſt the King of France till they are exchanged; the officers to remain here on their parole, but not the ſoldiers.

ARTICLE III.

That the officers and others ſhall have liberty to take with them their wives and children to the Engliſh iſlands by the ſhorteſt
