other effects in the colony, belonging to the King of England; all the batteries on the coaſts ſhall be reſtored to the ſame ſtate they were in before the attack of the iſland; all the ſmali arms, which belong to the King of England, ſhall be reſtored, except thoſe of the officers and militia; no powder ſhall be taken from the magazines; they ſhall be delivered into the hands of ſuch perſons as ſhall be appointed by the Marquis de Bouillé.
