THE iſland of Dominica produces every ſpecies of fruit peculiar to the Weſt Indies; all which grow there in great perfection. The principal are, oranges, lemons, limes, citrons, ſhaddocks, water lemons, granadillas, ſappadillas, pomegranates, alligator pears, mountain pears, pine apples, roſe apples, ſtar apples, ſugar apples, cuſtard apples, mamma apples, guavas, ſea-ſide grapes, cocoa nuts, conk nuts, ſourſops, papaws, caſhew apples, and tamerinds.
