Orygia decumbens Forsk.— Figs. 144, 145, 146, 147. Me- sophyll composed of palisade tissue on the adaxial side and of arm- palisade tissue on the abaxial side. Veins not provided with bundle- sheaths. Clustered crystals found near the veins, in cortex and in pith. Axes obscurely angled. Assimilatory tissue in the axis formed of chlorenohyma.
