HE Kingis Grace, with advifeofhis three Eftaites of Parliament, undemanding that the inflitution of his College ofjuftice, andadts maid thereupon, ar riclit profitable to his Grace, and all the haill Realme : And therefore now after his per- fite age of twenrie five zeires , lies ratified and apprieved , ratifies and apprievis, for I him and his Succeffoures , the inftitution of the laide College of Juftice , and Acles maid for adminiftration ofjuftice therein : And likewife ratifies & apprievis the con- firmation, ratification, approbation of the Taxpe , of the erection of the faid College, and of the gift of all benefices, rentes, given & to be given , affigned, & to be affigned, I to the honeft fuftentation of the laid College ofjuftice : And all priviledges , quhat- fum-ever graunted , and to bee graunted thereto , bee the Taipe , and his hienefle : Andwils, and ordainis for the caufes forefaid , that the laid College and inftitution thereof , remaine perpe- tuallie ■ for the adminiftration ofjuftice , to all the lieges of this Realme , and to be honoured fik-like, as ony uther College of Juftice in uther Realmes. Andattour, gives and grantis to the Prefident, Vice-prefident, and Senatoures power to make fik aftes , ftatutes, and ordinances , as they fall thinke expedient , foror- douringofproces, and haiftie expedition ofjuftice-.
