THE Quhilk day die Queenis Majeflie, having confiddered the earneft fute of her fubjecles, maid to hir Hienes, forhar Grace's confirmation to be obteined upon infeftmentes of few-ferme of the Kirk-landes fet be the Prelates of her Hienes Realme , kn the audit daie of tJWarch , the zeir of God, anethoufand, fivehundreth, fiftie audit zeires, in time of trouble, contrair the tenour of her Graces let- ters of inhibition , publifhed and proclaimed in diverfe partes of her Realme , and als of uthers in- feftmentes of Kirk-lands obteined before the faid audit daie of March , and now is advifed , and in- tendis to grant fik confirm ationes * willing that the famin be fure to fik as fall obteine them: Therefore her Hienes with advife of her three Eflaites in Parliament, will's, grantis, ftatutis and ordainis that all confirmationes to be granted be her Majeflie of the faid infeftmentes, fall be als lauchfull, and of als great flrength and availe , as gif die famin had bene obtained and purchafed fra the Pape or fate of Rome, and of als great ftrengtli and effedt, as onie uther confirmationes of fik infeftmentes obteined be onie uthers perfones within this Realme , be authoritie of the Pape, or fate Apoflolick in onie times by-gane : Providing that the infeftmentes of Kirk-landes obtained be onie perfon or perfones , fen the faid audit daie of March , not dewlic confirmed be hir Hienes , be of nane availe , force , nor effecl:.
