As alfwa excepted foorth of the faid annexation of Kirk-landes to the Crown : The infeftment of the Temporalitie of Taijlay : And the Priorie of Tlufcarden , and temporalitie thereof. It is alwayes provided , and our faid Soveraine Lord , with advife of his faidis three Eftaites in Parliament, provides and declaris, that notwithftanding die faid annexation is appoynted to take effect in maner forefaid , At the Feaft oiMartine- mes nixt-to-cum : Nevertheless JOHN, Lord HAMMILTOUN, Commendatar of the Abbacie of Aberbrothock, fall bruik the fruites , profltes and dewtiesofthe faid Abbaie, during his life-time , in the fame maner as he did before.
