Like-as alio the remanent points of our faid commiffion anent the Patronage oflvirkcs, rights, and infefrments of our Propertie , and Principalitie , Regalities, Heritable cilices, and Changed tenonrs of holding in blenlh or taxt- Wards, are not as yet begunto be handled and treated, and cannot be poffibly finiihed and clofed, be- fore the expiring of the time and yeares of interruption , allowed by the faid Act. And becaufc , We 'will not fuffer our felfe or our Succeilors to be prejudged by delay of the execution of the faid commiffion of the lawful actions competent to us and them , for reducing offuch rights of the premises , to the which Wchave undoubted intereft. And feeing a multitude cannot be commodiouny fum moncd and warned perfonally , or at their dwelling places in fo ihort time as is to run of die faid time of prefcription. Like-as the ■faids Lords declare, That the faid declaration regiltratc , as laid is, and to be publifhed in manner forefaid, Small have the ftrength, force, and power of a Legal and perfect interruption, againft all perfons havinc (intereft : and that in fo farre allanerly as may be extended to the particulars following : To wit , to his (Majefties annexed propertie , and his Majefties propertie unannexed , whereof the fermes duties or Fevv- ■Fermes have been compted in his Majefties Exchequer , fmce the Moncth of Auguft , 145 5. yeares , and ■unlawfully difponed by his Majefties Predeceflbrs , againft the Acts of Parliament and Lawes of the Kin^- ■dome : and to the principalitie unlawfully difponed by his Majefties Predcccfiors , againft the Acts of Par- liament and Lawes of this Kingdome , and to the reduction oi whatfoever erections, of whatfoevei '-ne- ■fices, fpirituality or temporality thereof, againft the Laws and Acts of Parliament: and to the reduction ■of whatfoever patronages of Kirkes pertaiiiing to his Majeftie and his Predeceflbrs, and unlawfully difponed ■by them againft the Acts of Parliament: and againft unlawful difpofitions of whatfoever lands , Teinds, or [Rents doted to Hofpitalities , or Mafon-dieus , and unlawfully dilponed againft the Acls of Parliament : and Ipgainft Regalities and heretable offices unlawfully difponed , contrane the Acts of parliament : and againft IpU changed tenors of holding from ward to blenlh or taxt ward , granted by the Kings and Princes in their Ikninorities , and not granted or ratified by any King or Prince being Major : with this declaration, like-as ■the faids Lords declare, that the fame lhall not prejudge any perfon whatfoever of their lawful defence Itompetentto them , againft any Action to be intended hereafter, at his Majefties inftance and his ■BucceiTors ; except in fo far as concerne the faid Act of prefcription , whereupon the faids Lords Ieclare, that no exception mall be founded in prejudice of his Majeftie and his Succeilors, con- erning the premifles.
