The several wholesome laws and constitu- tions following, were declared and enacted:

1. All liberties, privileges, customs, rights and freedoms, not contrary to law, to be kept and observed. (Viz.) We do in the first place order, con- stitute, and ordain, in all we lawfully may, freedoms, not that the ancient liberties, privileges, customs, rights, and freedoms heretofore granted and confirmed by the King's Majesty's Royal Progenitors the Kings and Queens of this realm to the tinners, together with all other freedoms and lawful customs time out of mind used in the stannaries of Cornwall, and not contrary or repugnant to the laws and statutes of this realm, are to be kept and observed.

2. Blower's names to be certified on penalty of forty shillings. 2. In the like manner, we present, order and appoint, that the owners of blowing- houses in every stannary or one of them, or their deputies, shall twice every year, at the law-court days, give unto the steward of the same stannaries, the names respectively of such blowers as they shall entertain to blow in their houses, upon pain of forfeiture, for every such offence, forty shillings.
