WHERAS the Commissioners acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against Rickman Monnery Moore, of Bishopsgate-Street, in the City of London, Oil and Colotinuan, bath certified to the Lord-Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said Rickman Monnery, Moore hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue, of an Act, passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said Rickman Monnery Moore will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last-mentioned Act, unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary on. or before the 29th. day of January 1836.

WEREAS the Comissoners in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against John Robert Henderson, late of Davies-Street, Berkeley-Square in the County of Middlesex, but then of Leicester, in the County, of Leicester, Wine-Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, have, certified to the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said John Robert Henderson hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and also or an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said John Robert Henderson will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said, last-mentioned Act, unless cause he shewn to the said Court to the contrary on or before the 29th day of January 1836.
