NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the Creditors of Charles Maggs, late of No. 95, Crawford-Street, Saint Mary-le-Bone, Middlesex, Shoe-Maker, who was lately discharged from the-Debtors' Prison for London and Middlesex, in the City of London, under and by virtue of an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the seventh year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend and consolidate the laws for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England,'" will be held on Monday the 25th day of January instant, at Seven o'Clock in the Evening precisely, at the Office of Mr. Richard Matland, No. 67, Seymour-Place, Bryanstone-Square, Saint Mary-le-Bone, Middlesex, to approve and direct in what manner, and at what place, the real estate of the said Insolvent shall be sold by public auction.

All Letters must be post-paid.
