Anne, dau. and coheir of Right Rev. Martin Heton, bishop of Ely. His 2nd son, SIR ROBERT FILMER, of East Sutton, and of Gray's Inn, bar.-at-law (heir of Lis elder brother. Sir Edward Filmer, Knt, gen. of the privy chamber to CHARLES I. and II.). created a Baroxet 26 Dec. 1674; d. 22 Mar. 1675, having m. Dorothy, dau. of Maurice Juke, of Layer Marney, Essex, consanguineous to Archbishop Chichely; she d. 10 Jime, 1671, leaving issue.
