April, 1787, Lillias, dau. of Hugh Seton, of Touch Seton, Stirling, hereditary armour-bearer and squire of the royal body for Scotland; she d. 4 July, 1821, leaving an only dau. Stirling; b. 10 May, 1777; d. 15 April, 1838, having m. 23 Jan. 1812, Elizabeth Margaret, sole heiress of her father Sir Henry Steuart, Bart. In 1835 she assumed the additional sur- name of Seton, on succeeding to the estate of Touch Seton, co. Stirling, on the death of her maternal uncle Hon. Archibald Seton, of the supreme council Bengal, gov. of Prince of Wales Island, and hereditary armour-bearer to the Queen, and squire of the royal body for Scotland; she d. 2 Aug. 1866, having had with other issue 2 sons and a dau.
