GREATER STRENGTH MORE EASILY CONTROLLED.
There is not the slightest occasion for fear that one will acquire sexual strength which will grow beyond control. There is always greater strength of control under normal, than there is under abnormal conditions. Normal strength is steady, healthy — nothing unnatural or feverish about it; though very often under some momentary stimulus of feverish intensity even weak organs acquire an unnatural strength, which always react to their disadvantage by bringing about a relapse that often totally deprives them of power for a time.
