You will note that the principal difference in the treatment of gonorrhea and gleet is that in the treatment of gleet, abundance of exercise is advised, while in acute gonorrhea no more exercise should be taken than is absolutely necessary. If gonorrhea becomes chronic, however, it should be treated the same as gleet.
