Physical vigor and sexual vigor are companions. You will nearly always find them together in the same person. Anything that tends to build up one will increase the other in power. Therefore take a lesson from prize-fighters and all other athletes in training for a contest, which means training to reach the highest degree of health, and leave all stimulants absolutely alone.
