HE love ray of Venus goes out te the mate and
blood relations but by a good aspect of Uranus it is raised beyond the realm of sex love to cosmic pro- portions, a love such as that which Christ must have felt when he wept over derusalem and said that, as 2 hen gathers its brood under its wing, so would he have loved te gather them to his bosom. The people who have this Uranian love therefore become build- ers of sovjety assoriated with every good and up- lifting movement. An adverse aspeet of Uranus to Venus on the other hand, has the most degrading effect on the Venus function, for it leads to disre. gard of the laws and conventions of seciety and to perversion of the most sacred ereative function. Love is a mach abused word, and the emotion thus misealled is usually so tainted with desire that it is Martiun passion rather than Venuxian love. Coali- tion, the keyword of Venus, suggests a most intimate union, 2 blending of the very souls of two or more people who compose a family, But Altruism, the keyword of Uranus, hints at sueh an all-embracing love as our Saviour felt.
