The young man has a bottle and one hand and a cup the other. The Griffin has large taloned bird-like front feet, wings, an eagle head but with ears pointed, somewhat donkey-like, ears, and a shaggy big cat like body. The young man has a hat with a long point in the front, large puffy slashed sleeves, and pointed shoes. The food seems to be some kind of small cooked fowl, some apples, and a few loaves of bread. There is a town viable in the far background, and some fields slightly closer in which a cow ans what may be a boar mill about. — The Griffin is made welcome
