A change to coats or jackets of cotton of tadff item 6117.90.90 from any other chapter, provided that the good is cut or knit to shape, or both, and sewn or otherwise assembled in the territory of one or more of the parties to the Agreement. 41. A change to any other good of subheading 6117.90 from any other chapter, except from headings 5111 through 5113, 5204 through 5212, 5310 through 5311, chapter 54, headings 5508 through 5516 or 6001 through 6006, provided that the good is cut or knit to shape, or both, and sewn or otherwise assembled in the territory of one or more of the parties to the Agreement." 9. Chapter rules 1, 3 and 4 for chapter 62 are deleted, and the following new chapter rules 1, 3, 4 and 5 are inserted in numerical sequence: "Chapter rule 1.
