A plant which grows on the basaltic crags at Kyloe, Howick, and Batcheugh, recedes from this in the direction of T. minus by its hollow stem, smaller size, smaller leaflets, which are glaucous and somewhat glandular beneath, and few-flowered, scarcely leafy, panicle. Range of altitude 0-300 yards.
