Article 4
The Contracting Parties agree to share experiences pertaining to information technology employed in their respective Courts and other institutions
recognizing its importance to clear backlog, expedite court procedure and provide better service to court users.
Article 5
The Contracting Parties may work towards developing designs for building the physical infrastructure of Courts and other related institutions and developing logistical facilities.
Article 6
The Contracting Parties shall meet as per mutually agreed schedule to work out strategies and modalities for promoting and further strengthening mutual cooperation.
Article 7
The Contracting Parties may recommend to their respective governments to implement the spirit of this MoU.
Article 8
This MoU shall come into force on the date of Signature by both Contracting Parties.
