Resolution of the House of Commons dated 7th March 1957, passed in pursuance of the House of Commons Members' Fund Act, 1948 , s. 3 ( 11 & 12 Geo. 6. c. 36)
Resolved, That, in pursuance of the provisions of section three of the House of Commons Members' Fund Act, 1948, the maximum annual amounts of the periodical payments which may be made out of the House of Commons Members' Fund under the House of Commons Members' Fund Act , 1939(a)[1], as amended by the said Act of 1948 and by the Resolution of the House of 17th November 1955(b)[2], be varied as from the first day of April , nineteen hundred and fifty -seven , as follows:—
