No. 10. DECLARATION OF DENMARK RECOGNIZING AS COMPULSORY THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT, IN CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE 36, PARAGRAPH 2, OF THE STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

In accordance with Article 36, paragraph 2 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, Denmark recognizes as compulsory, in relation to any other State accepting the same obligation, the jurisdiction of the Court, for a period of ten years from the deposit of this declaration with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.[1]
