MOORE'S Leffee, verʃus FEW, et al.

HIS was an Ejectment for certain premifes in the County of Philadelphia.

After folemn argument by Wilcocks and Rawle, for the plaintiff ; and the Attorney General and Sergeant, for the defendant ; the chief justice delivered the opinion of the Court, that the word transƒer, being ufed among the difabilities to which Non-jurors are fubjected by the act of Affembly, paffed the 13th of June 1777, the teftator John Hunt, under whole deviʃe the plaintiff's title was made, being at the time of his death a Non-juror, was incapable of deviʃing lands and tenements.

And confequently the defendants, claiming under the heir at law, had judgment.
