For commutation of subsistence, two thousand and forty-four dollars. For forage for oiHccrs’ horses, eight hundred and sixty-four dollars. For general repairs and improvements of academic buildings, barracks, mess-rooms, officers’ quarters, stables, roads, fences, parade and drill grounds, miscellaneous and incidental expenses, fuel, forage, and departments of instruction, thirty-fivc thousand and seventy dollars. For gradual increase and expense of library, one thousand dollars. For expenses of the board of visitors, four thousand one hundred and sixty dollars. For forage for artillery and cavalry horses, eight thousand six hundred and forty dollars. For replacing dead and worn out cavalry and artillery horses, one thousand dollars. For furnishing hospital for cadets, five hundred dollars. For deficiency for expenses of the board of visitors, for the year ending the thirticth of June, cigbtccu hundred and fifty-five, six hundred and eighty-eight dollars and fifty-two cents.
