Prewitt, deceased, late of Missouri, one hundred and twenty-four dollars, in full discharge and payment for services rendered in transporting the mail on route N0. four thousand seven hundred and twenty-one, (4721,) from Auburn to Ashley, in Missouri, from the first of July, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six, to the first of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty. States, at Fayetteville, North Carolina, (which is at present not im- \'°¤·d· proved,) be, and the same is hereby, granted to the Fayetteville and Proviso. Central Plank-road : Provided, That in the opinion of the President of the United States, said grant be not injurious to the public interests.
