Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United States— (1) reaffirms its support for the valiant struggle of the Afghan people; and (2) welcomes the delegation of the Islamic Unity of Afghan Mujahideen led by Spokesman Burhanuddin Rabbani on the occasion of his first official visit to the United States of America. Approved July 2, 1986.
