For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $2,000,000, to be available only for drug education programs abroad. CHAPTER II FOREIGN ASSISTANCE

BILATERAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Education and Human Resources Development, Development Assistance: For an additional amount to carry out chapter 1 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, $3,000,000: Provided, That these funds shall be used pursuant to section 12603)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 for additional activities aimed at increasing awareness of the effects of production and trafficking of illicit narcotics on source and transit countries: Provided further, That funds made available by this paragraph shall be available through the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations. DEPARTMENT OF STATE INTERNATIONAL NARCOTICS CONTROL

For an additional amount to carry out the provisions of section 481 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, $53,000,000: Provided, That of this amount $45,000,000 shall be made available only in accordance with the provisions of section 2001(2) of H.R. 5484, as passed in the Senate on September 30, 1986: Provided further. That funds made available by this paragraph shall be available through the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations. CHAPTER III DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR NATIONAL PARK SERVICE OPERATION OF THE NATIONAL PARK SYSTEM

For an additional amount for "Operation of the National Park System", $1,000,000.
