SEC. 2203. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS
(a) AMOUNT AUTHORIZED.—Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Navy may make expenditures, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2208(a)(7)(A), to improve existing military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $26,580,000. (b) WAIVER OF MAXIMUM PER UNIT COST FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.—Notwithstanding the maximum amount per unit
for an improvement project under section 28250t)) of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of the Navy may carry out projects to improve existing military family housing units at the following installations in the number of units shown, and in the amount shown, for each installation: , Naval Station, Mare Island, Vallejo, California, one hundred units, $5,200,000.
