Public Law 100-100 100th Congress An Act To amend the Farm Disaster Assistance Act of 1987 to extend the reporting date for the ethanol cost effectiveness study.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ETHANOL COST-EFFECTIVENESS STUDY.
(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 13(d) of the Farm Disaster Assistance Act of 1987 (Public Law 100-45; 101 Stat. 324) is amended by striking out "90 days" and inserting in lieu thereof "180 days". (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall become effective on May 27, 1987. Approved August 18, 1987.
