Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That each provision of law amended by Public Law 100-179 is amended by striking Ante, p. 1018. "December 16, 1987" each place it appears and inserting "March 15, 1988". Approved December 21, 1987.
