For making payments for refugee and entrant assistance activities authorized by title IV of the Immigration and Nationality Act and section 501 of the Refugee Education Assistance Act of 1980 (Public Law 96-422), $346,933,000. WORK INCENTIVES
For carrying out a work incentive program, as authorized by part C of title IV of the Social Security Act, including registration of individuals for such programs, and for related child care and other supportive services, as authorized by section 402(a)(19)(G) of the Act, including transfer to the Secretary of Labor, as authorized by section 431 of the Act, $92,551,000 which shall be the maximum amount available for transfer to the Secretary of Labor and to which the States may become entitled pursuant to section 403(d) of such Act, for these purposes. COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT
For making payments under the Community Services Block Grant Act, section 408 of Public Law 99-425 and the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, $382,290,000 of which $18,909,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(A), $3,925,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(D), $2,968,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(E), $6,319,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(2)(F), $239,000 shall be for carrying out section 681(a)(3), $2,872,000 shall be for carrying out section 408 of Public Law 99-425 and $2,394,000 shall be for carrying out section 681A with resp)ect to the community food and nutrition program.
